How can I remove my email from the mailing list? (Unsubscribe from marketing)
If you no longer wish to receive promotional updates or newsletters from Nevlin, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscribing directly from an email:
The quickest way to remove your address is directly through any email we have sent you:
- Open any email message from Nevlin and scroll to the very bottom.
- Click the Unsubscribe link and confirm your choice on the page that opens.
This removes your email address from all future newsletters and promotional mailing lists immediately.
Need manual removal?
If you continue to receive promotional emails after unsubscribing, please take a screenshot of the message and send it to support@nevlin.com. Our support team will manually remove your address from our mailing lists to ensure it stops.
Please note that unsubscribing from the promotional mailing list does not affect essential service emails. Important updates regarding your account access, password resets, and transaction receipts will still be delivered to your inbox.
