How to turn on notifications? (App and device permission settings)
Turning on notifications helps you keep track of your daily learning streak, lesson reminders, and important account updates.
Steps to enable notifications in the app:
- Open the Nevlin app on your device.
- Go to the Profile section by tapping the profile avatar icon in the top corner of the Home screen.
- Tap the gear icon at the top of the page to open Settings.
- Locate the Notifications toggle switch and switch it to On (green position).
If notifications are still not appearing:
If you previously turned off system permissions for Nevlin, you would also need to enable them in your device settings:
For iPhone (iOS) users:
- Open your iPhone Settings app.
- Scroll down and select Nevlin.
- Tap Notifications and switch Allow Notifications to On.
For Android users:
- Open your Android Settings app.
- Go to Apps or App Management and select Nevlin.
- Tap Notifications and turn on Allow Notifications.
