Why is the app locked?
Nevlin operates on a recurring subscription basis. Access to platform lessons and tools becomes locked if an automatic subscription renewal fails or is not completed at the end of a billing cycle.
How to Unlock Your Account:
If your subscription renewal was missed or declined, you can unlock your account immediately by renewing your plan:
- Sign in to your account at https://app.nevlin.com/auth/signin
- Go to Profile -> Settings -> Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to select your preferred plan and complete the renewal payment.
Once payment is confirmed, your account access will unlock instantly. All of your learning progress, completed chapters, and streak records will be saved and untouched, so you can pick up right where you left off.
