How to reset your Nevlin account password?
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, you can create a new password in a few quick steps.
Steps to reset your password:
- Open the password reset page: https://app.nevlin.com/auth/reset-password
- Enter your registered account email address and submit the request.
- Check your email inbox for a message from Nevlin containing a 6-digit verification code.
- Return to the reset page, enter the 6-digit code, and type your new password.
- Log in to your dashboard at https://app.nevlin.com/auth/signin with your new password.
If you do not receive the code email:
- Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Ensure you entered the exact email address used during the purchase.
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code if needed.
